The intersection of resources and support is where we can begin to create true belonging. This interactive three-hour digital workshop moves beyond the idea that “all are welcome” and asks what it takes to create spaces where people can say, “This was built with me in mind.”

We define culture as “what is given space in the room to grow.” Through reflection, conversation, and practical application, participants will examine how everyday choices shape culture and learn strategies and tools for greater awareness, accountability, and intentional action.

The goal is not perfection—it is creating cultures where people know they were considered from the beginning.

We proudly offer tiered pricing to support access to high-quality training for all participants, regardless of their economic circumstances. Please pick the price point that best reflects your training budget. If you can afford a higher tier, please consider purchasing at that level to save a spot for someone with a more limited budget.

All participants, regardless of price, receive the same 3-hour workshop.

Space in Digital Workshops is limited to ensure the best experience for our participants. Workshops are live; we do not currently offer recordings. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and class sizes are limited to ensure educational quality.

After you complete your registration, you will receive an email with additional information and helpful links. You will receive the Zoom link the day before the workshop.
