Writing and Intimacy provide writers with tools to facilitate clear communication of ideas. Topics covered include key questions to consider when writing intimacy, thinking through story, context, and culture, tips and tools for writing intimacy, and how writers can effectively communicate with other collaborators. Participants will have opportunities to workshop intimate scenes and analyze how intimacy is translated from page to screen. This workshop is designed specifically for playwrights and screenwriters, though all collaborators are welcome.

Space in Digital Workshops is limited to ensure the best experience for our participants. Workshops are live; we currently do not offer workshop recordings. There is no waitlist for Digital Workshops. Classes are first-come, first-served, and class sizes are limited to maintain educational quality.
