Saturday, April 11th, 2026
2 pm-5 pm Eastern Time (New York)

Participants must have previously taken Working With Trans and Non-Binary Artists.

In Staging Intimacy Beyond the Binary, we will examine the ethics, aesthetics, and praxis of staging trans and nonbinary intimacy from queer/trans perspectives. The workshop will examine existing works of TGNC artistry, discuss expanded cultural perspectives on gender and consent, and provide opportunities to generate choreography with constructive feedback. All are welcome, and we especially invite trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming artists at any stage of their artistic journey to join this collaborative learning space.
