This workshop will introduce performance-based research methods for analyzing and writing about your practice and the discoveries you make that can help propel the field of intimacy choreography forward. This workshop will guide participants through discussing their findings in the early stages of writing a research article or book chapter, and then explain the submission and editorial process to increase transparency regarding the publishing of scholarship in theatre and performance.

There is no waitlist for Digital Workshops. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and class sizes are limited to ensure educational quality.

The Best Practices Digital Workshop or a comprehensive TIE workshop (e.g., Workshop Weekend) is a prerequisite for most other Theatrical Intimacy Education Digital Workshops. This ensures that all participants are familiar with TIE's specific approach and vocabulary, thereby ensuring educational quality for all participants.
