This workshop can help us all lead better in all spaces. When you are regularly asked to do more (often with less), how can you establish your professional boundaries so that you can foster the same respect for your own needs that you show others and lead your spaces with confidence and ease? Whether you are an academic or artistic leader – or both – your boundaries are ideal and necessary to model respectable leadership. This 2-hour workshop will help you identify areas where you can establish better boundaries and provide strategies to realign your priorities so you can do your best work.
