Beginner Diploma
Sunday, April 19th, 2026
11 am-6 pm Eastern Time (New York)
Theatre Intimacy Education offers a Digital Workshop on TIE’s tried-and-true techniques for bringing theatrical intimacy work into the classroom and rehearsal studio, handling tricky casting situations, and writing a policy for your department or theatre company.
Theatrical Studio Techniques picks up where Best Practices leaves off. This workshop will explore vulnerability in a professional and respectful manner, and clarify the distinction between discomfort and personal boundaries. Casting and policy will cover industry protocols, our casting Best Practices, policies, and procedures, as well as boundary-breaking issues.
