TIE’s Facilitators and Boundaries can help us all lead better in all spaces. When you are regularly asked to do more (often with less), how can you establish your professional boundaries so that you can foster the same respect for your own needs that you show others and lead your spaces with confidence and ease? Whether you are an academic or artistic leader – or both – your boundaries are ideal and necessary to model respectable leadership. This 2-hour TIE workshop will help you identify areas where you can establish better boundaries and provide strategies to realign your priorities so you can do your best work.

Space in Digital Workshops is limited to ensure the best experience for our participants. Workshops are live; we currently do not offer workshop recordings. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and class sizes are limited to maintain educational quality.

The Best Practices Digital Workshop or a comprehensive TIE, e.g., Workshop Weekend, is a prerequisite for most other Theatrical Intimacy Education Digital Workshops. This ensures that all participants are familiar with TIE's specific approach and that educational quality is maintained for all participants.
